I have been a traveller all my life, having grown up in the airline industry. Mum was a hostie and Dad was in management with Qantas.
I entered the industry myself in 1994, after exhausting my family travel perks. Some of my adventures have included working in ski resorts, backpacking through Europe and on the other end of the scale, living the high life in stunning locations on every continent in the world, bar Antarctica. Don’t worry – it’s on my do list!
Since opening my own agency on the Gold Coast in 2008, I have been blessed to tick off many bucket list dreams such as travelling in style with Scenic, APT, Bench Africa, Regent Seven Seas cruises, Explora Cruises, European river cruising, and exploring the Maldives, Sri Lanka, South America , UK, Europe, Central America, Mexico, Middle East, USA, Canada, South Pacific, Asia and even parts of China.

Even from a young age, I was always interested in all aspects of travel and therefore it was no surprise that I went straight into travel when I left school in Kent, UK to work for the UK Rail System.
Fast forward 30 plus years and I have been in various travel positions and locations within the Industry which have included European Rail Consultant in London and Copenhagen, Corporate Travel in London, Information Consultant in Sydney for the UK Tourism office and since 2005 as a Travel Consultant here on the Gold Coast. I have been blessed to travel to many destinations around the world, one of my favourite being the amazing islands and waters of the Maldives.
Being an avid sports fan, my loyal client base include well known local sports hero’s and I enjoy taking care of my sports teams travel. My attention to detail, and passion for delighting my customers has rewarded me with a long standing and loyal clientele.
Rhiannon has had a passion for travel at a very young age having her first overseas trip at only 5 years old. Then at age 26 she had been to 20 different countries , her favourites being Canada, Italy & USA.
She started in the travel industry in 2014, and since then has gained a wealth of knowledge and repeat clientele. With a little family of her own, Rhiannon is the “go to” for any family holidays especially ocean cruising. She believes crusing is the best way to travel, especially with a family and knows all the tips and tricks when it comes to booking and planning fun holidays.
She has experience with P&O, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Oceania, Cunard and soon to head on her first family cruise on Carnival later this year. Rhiannon has experienced some “Disney Magic” when she performed at both Disneyland, Disneyworld and other parks around America and therefore absolutely loves planning any Disney based family packages.
