• Seek out the most suitable airfares taking into consideration destination, budget, suitable routing and airline memberships

• Supply a choice of travel insurances to suit your needs

• Suggest and book your desired hotels, tours, cruises, rail, car hire.

• Tailor make your detailed itinerary

• Supply printed documentation or e-docs if preferred

• Handle voluntary or involuntary schedule changes

• Book with your frequent flyer points if desired

• Direct mobile contact with your advisor, available to you Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

• Individual service fees apply, from $25-$110 per arrangement

• Tour and cruise personalisers completed on your behalf

• Airline, cruise and tour online check in as required

• Complimentary hotel room early check in and late check out as required (*subject to availability on day of check in) for both early/late check in/out and room upgrade

• Complimentary hotel room upgrades (*subject to availability at time of booking)

• No ongoing service fees

• 24/7 access via your consultants mobile number

• Handle personal arrangements such as private car transfers, restaurant bookings, spa bookings, etc

• One off service fee per booking applies, $550 per person
